Meet Founding Attorney, R. Joseph Kramer

Meet Partner Jason J. Friedl

Jason J. Friedl is a Partner at Kramer Injury Law, LLC, with 25 years of daily litigation experience representing clients on both the defendants’ and the plaintiffs’ side of complex disputes in state, federal, and appellate courts around the country through trial. After 17 years of working in insurance defense, Jason switched to Plaintiff’s work 8 years ago. Since that time, he has a string of multi-million dollar results for Plaintiffs tied to his name.

Jason represents plaintiffs who have been injured in premises liability accidents, trucking accidents, construction and workplace accidents, and those that result from defective products.

Many of Jason’s cases are headline-making and have focused on victim advocacy, including cases against religious institutions, scouting groups, international hospitality chains, public and private schools, governmental entities and professional sports teams. He is a member of the National Crime Victims’ Bar Association and has presented seminars advocating for the voices of the often-unheard victims of sexual and violent crimes. He has a number of multimillion dollar results credited to his efforts.

Jason graduated from Arizona State University in 1995 with a B.A. in Political Science and a Business Minor. In 2000, he graduated with his Juris Doctor from Chicago-Kent College of Law. Jason has since received multiple awards for his work representing plaintiffs, has presented numerous seminars, and has appeared to discuss cases on news media and video services.

In his free time, Jason enjoys motorcycle riding and adventure travel. Since a young age, he has spent extended time traveling to unique destinations throughout the world. Next on his list is to join a motorcycle group ride through Nepal and Tibet, ending at the Mt. Everest Base Camp.
