Mr. Kramer took care of my family and me whenever other lawyers tried to take advantage of us. Mr. Kramer was able to recoup thousands of dollars for us from malpractice in another firm. He also did it in a way that was transparent and easy to understand. I have had the unfortunate luck to go through this legal process multiple times. What I have learned is some lawyers are in it for a pay check and others like Mr. Kramer are genuinely trying to rectifying the situation and protect their clients.
